Along with sweet peppers, jalapeños, and onions.

Simple pleasures.

Which brings to mind my popular Baseball Sauerkraut. Just the place to put those peppers and onions to work.

Baseball Sauerkraut Recipe [HOME RUN FLAVOR HIT]

Baseball season or not, who doesn’t love a bit of extra zing in their meal? This Baseball Sauerkraut recipe brings the relish-like flavor you love to freshly grilled hot dogs, barbecued hamburgers, or just about anything that could use a flavorful boost.

This recipe is heavy on the flavoring ingredients (onions, red pepper, and jalapeños) and light on the cabbage to allow the relish flavors to shine.
